The process generally takes six to nine months, depending on the size of the project. Follow the steps below to discover what’s involved.

Step 1
• Meet with clients to discuss ideas and review budget
• Review building site for sun position, wind conditions, views and slopes
• Create drawings, models, final budget, contracts and schedules

Step 2
• Line up all trades for project
• Order SIP panels and timber to be used in project
• Prepare site for services and foundation

Step 3
• Put in the foundation
• Build the subfloor
• Order all custom products such as windows, doors, cabinets and flooring

Step 4
• Ship material, SIP panels and timber to jobsite
• Assemble and raise  SIP panels, trusses and timbers
• Rough in all plumbing,mechanical and electrical

Step 5
• Ensure all inspections are complete
• Complete home’s exterior & interior
• Complete final walk-through
